Our Barre workouts engage your small accessory muscles and larger muscle groups as well

Buti Barre is a 1-hour class instructed by a Certified Barre Trainer that pulls from variations of Yoga, Pilates, Dance, and Ballet. Buti Barre is designed to lift, tone, stretch, strengthen and lengthen all aspects of your body.

This is done using low impact movements, light weights, pulsing motions, and small ranges of motion.

Accessories that may be used include lightweights, therapeutic balls, soft mats, resistance bands, slider discs, and much more.

Our Barre workouts engage your small accessory muscles and larger muscle groups as well. By isolating, overloading, and stretching each muscle group one at a time, this creates a lean and long appearance to the body.  
Barre is formidable, energizing, and engaging.
It is known for creating compact and powerful muscles, rather than bulky ones. Although Barre is an intense workout, it is a very low impact. This is a smart and efficient way to transform your body without injuring your joints.

Are you ready to transform your body?

Each Pure Barre class begins with a warm-up in the center of the room, on the floor.

Now that your body is warm and limber we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

Now it’s time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body. (Don’t worry about getting your own gloves-we give you brand new ones for FREE!)

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You’ll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast. 

Now that we’re getting near the end of class  we finish off with more awesome exercises that butn calories, tone muscle, and make you feel GREAT. A full-body workout. 

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it’s time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

Barre Fitness FAQ's

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO CLASS?

Barre socks are highly recommended and will be sold at the studio. Soft mats will be provided.

DO YOU OFFER BEGINNERS CLASSES

Absolutely, There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advance students are always eager to help you get you on your own way. 

DO YOU HAVE TIPS ON NUTRITION

Not only do we cover nutrition tips in class, you can schedule a personal appointment with an instructor to cover your specific questions

We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. Once you fill out a short waiver, the teacher will show you where you can leave your belongings and help you get the equipment you’ll be using during the day’s class – typically a set of light weights, a ball, and a tube. Your teacher will bring you a mat halfway through class.
