Fit Lab is a 1-hour High Intensity Interval Training group class

Lead by a certified personal trainer. Each class is uniquely designed to give you the perfect balance of strength and cardiovascular training. This total body workout hits on every aspect of functional fitness, never giving you the same sweat session twice!
From your first-time gym goer, to your most conditioned athlete, FIT Lab is adaptable and welcomes all fitness levels. It contains a wide variety of strength and cardio equipment ranging from free weights, sandbags, kettle bells, medicine balls, Concept 2 rowers, TRX suspension trainers, BOSU balls, resistance bands and much more. Every workout will provide options and challenges to mold to your fitness level.

The room is strategically set each week to shake up your environment and keep your sensors guessing. Every day will have a systematic focus and target. Your trainer will be guiding you from your warm-up to your cool-down, making sure you stay safe and get the most out of every workout.

Are you ready to transform your body?

We start off classes with a flurry of awesome exercises like squats, lunges jumping squats, double lunges, pushups, burpies, ab work, and more to get you loose & ready!

Now that your body is warm and limber we stretch out those muscles to make you feel great, prevent injury, and help you perform the kickboxing moves like a total champ.

Now it’s time to strap on your gloves and punch and kick those calories right off of your body. (Don’t worry about getting your own gloves-we give you brand new ones for FREE!)

This part of class always gets tons of laughter and smiles. You’ll team up with a fellow member and have fun with exciting drills that get you both burning calories and having a blast. 

Now that we’re getting near the end of class  we finish off with more awesome exercises that butn calories, tone muscle, and make you feel GREAT. A full-body workout. 

We got your heart beating like crazy throughout the entire class. Now it’s time to cool you down and help you relax so you can go back home feeling simply awesome.

Barre socks are highly recommended and will be sold at the studio. Soft mats will be provided.


Absolutely, There are always beginners in class. Plus, the advance students are always eager to help you get you on your own way. 


Not only do we cover nutrition tips in class, you can schedule a personal appointment with an instructor to cover your specific questions

We recommend that you arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. Once you fill out a short waiver, the teacher will show you where you can leave your belongings and help you get the equipment you’ll be using during the day’s class – typically a set of light weights, a ball, and a tube. Your teacher will bring you a mat halfway through class.
