With the help of my coach/trainer Jessica Beal, I was able to get on a nutrition and fitness program that I could stick with. It took some hard work, especially at the beginning, and then the continued commitment. It was worth it! I asked for help and I got it. I was able to lose over 60 pounds!


(Consumers who use Herbalife Formula 1 twice per day as part of a healthy lifestyle can generally expect to lose around 0.5 to 1 pound (0.2 – 0.4 kilos) per week.
Participants in a 12-week, single-blind, study used Herbalife Formula 1 twice per day (once as a meal and once as a snack) with a reduced calorie diet and a goal of 30 minutes of exercise per day.
