I lost 60 pounds in 2014 before joining the Herbalife Fam, however I was still in a size 10 pants and had a 26% body fat. After just six weeks of dialing into my Nutrition program and going to Fit Club five days a week I lost 8% body fat, gained 8 pounds of muscle, and I now wear a size 4 pants.  I feel stronger and I have more energy than I ever have in my life! Thanks to the coaches and community for always pushing me to be the best version of myself.
