Before I started my Herbalife Nutrition Program, I was a skeptic because I have used many different supplements from GNC,, and other supplement wholesale stores and I was not getting the results I desired. I was also working out 6 days a week to assist in my efforts to achieve my desired results because I didn’t know the importance of having the right nutrition that my body needed. So I decided to make a change. I started a 4 week challenge. I committed to 3 Fit Clubs a week. I followed my personalized nutrition program. My first week, I was down 7 lbs. At the end of week 3, I was down 13 lbs. Now, I am down 25 lbs and up 8 lbs of muscle! I have more energy and have inspired friends, family, and many others to live a healthy, active lifestyle!
