I’ve always been active from a young age. I was a cheerleader in high school and played indoor and outdoor soccer since junior high. Into adulthood, I worked out 5-6 days a week incorporating the P90X / Insanity workouts as well as running 5 miles on the weekends, only to see absolutely no results. I consistently blamed my hypoactive thyroid with little hope that I could ever achieve the results I wanted.
