Fitness progression

Granted a good spray tan always helps but I took this second pic this am which is just a couple weeks from the first one. I totally believe in 80% Nutrition, 20% Fitness and 100% Mindset. I am not perfect and do not think we have to be to get results! I’m an inch and a half off my waist this am and it feels good!!

You know what wins the race!!? Consistency.
