I am so grateful for the chance I’ve had to get my life on track! It’s been a busy time for me.. Planning an out of state wedding and working full time, so my appearance at the group classes hasn’t been near as often as I would like it to be, but I’m excited to get back on track with those after the wedding! That being said, I’ve still been able to see results doing this on my own! The herbalife eating plan, and just working out for 30 minutes/day has allowed me to see these changes! It’s all about following the nutrition guidelines and for me, doing exercises that will build muscle, while fueling them properly! #Herbalife
