2 Years ago I started my Herbalife program.. There wasn’t a formal “challenge” but I made my own 8 week challenge.. The first week I saw more results then I had in years of training 6 days a week 1.5hrs – 2hrs a day.. This picture was the results just after the end of my first challenge.. Since then I started Team 24Fit and have helped create a Healthy.. Active.. Lifestyle.. Community with people on programs around the world!

I’ve lost 35lbs, 20% bodyfat, and maintained it over the last 2 years through nutrition and workout about half as much as I used to.. I haven’t done a challenge since but have decided to join my group in our upcoming Push Project 10 Week Transformation Photo Shoot Challenge.. If you’re ready to make a change we’re here to help..
