Started Herbalife the last week of April 2014. I started realizing nothing else I tried was working. My health was declining and I finally realized the doctors couldn’t fix my health. Being a mother of three wonderful kids who deserve a healthy mom. I committed myself 100% my first month I lost 10lbs!!!!!!!!!!! I felt like a new person. Ive never stuck to a a “diet” because I never made it a LIFESTYLE CHANGE. In the 8 months I’ve been on Herbalife I’ve had my share of struggles but I have the tools to get through them. And I know that my nutrition is 80% of the deal. I’ve learned more about myself in 8months then in ever have. I’ve learned to trust myself and love my journey in life. I have confidence for the first time. And I’m officially at my 7th grade weight!!!!!! I will continue hitting my goals and making new ones. Thanks to Herbalife, my Herbafam and my determination!
